UNOFFICIAL GUIDE TO LEGOLAND WINDSOR
Castaway Camp
A popular adventure play area for children. This is a large area which has slides, rope ladders, platforms, tubes, bells and all sorts of ways of keeping kids amused.
Castaway Camp is a large attraction and you won't be able to keep an eye on your little ones all the time as they go out of view. However, the good news is, there is only one way in/out so parents tend to gather around there. Kids of around 5 or less benefit from having an adult go round with them because it's easy to get disorientated and some climbs/steps are difficult for the smaller ones.
Castaway Camp is not supervised by any Legoland staff.
There is a drinks and ice cream stall nearby and so you'll often see parents take the weight off their feet whilst enjoying a drink and keeping an eye on the kids.
Castaway Camp used to be known as Pirate Training Camp until 2014. Before even then, it was known as Rat Trap.
Location: Pirate Shores.

♥ We love a bit of praise!
Your guide has been so helpful especially the directions to get there from the m4 - it saved us loads of time. We used your site to plan for the day which meant we got so much more out of it. Thanks so much.
